Abstract

L'article examine les conséquences de 39 mesures de politique économique selon deux modèles macro-économiques DMS et METRIC. Il en déduit les politiques optimales, selon chacun de ces modèles, pour maximiser l'emploi sans dégrader le solde extérieur ni le solde des administrations. Les deux modèles préconisent la réduction de la durée du travail, l'embauche dans l'administration, les économies d'énergie et la relance du bâtiment mais DMS met l'accent sur la restauration du profit des entreprises et METRIC sur les mesures favorisant la substitution travail/capital.
