Abstract

Ce livre relatif au droit public économique congolais porte sur l'intervention de l'État dans l'économie. Au-delà du Congo, ce livre contient des connaissances universelles susceptibles d'être transposées à tous les pays. À cet effet, il porte sur les fondements de l'action économique de l'État, les moyens mis en œuvre par l'État, la planification économique, l'aménagement du territoire et le développement durable. Ce livre est destiné aux étudiants et professionnels en droit, voire ceux qui préparent les cours en vue d'intégrer les grandes écoles ou la fonction publique même française.
