Abstract

Prévu pour les étudiants inscrits en deuxième année de droit en application du programme officiel des enseignements de la RDC, le cours de Législation en matières économiques a pour objectif de donner un aperçu général de l'état de la législation qui concerne les différents domaines et secteurs de la vie économique nationale. Ainsi, il se doit de permettre aux étudiants de s'initier aux notions juridiques de base qui se rapportent aux matières économiques principales notamment le commerce, le droit OHADA, les impôts, le budget de l'Etat, la monnaie, le crédit, l'agriculture, les mines, les forêts, l'aménagement du territoire, le travail, le capital humain et le développement durable.
