Abstract

« Dans leur monde idéal les plates-formes, il faudrait qu'on ne dise rien, qu'on sourie poliment, "Bonjour, Monsieur", "Au revoir", on monte, on livre, on ne tombe jamais, il ne faudrait jamais qu'on ait d'accidents, jamais qu'on se plaigne […]. Avant, on te payait 5 €, maintenant, ce sera 2,60 €, tu n'as rien à dire. Allez hop, vas-y ! Et tu livres chaud, sans respecter les feux rouges et sans mourir, s'il te plaît ! ». Ce verbatim d'un jeune livreur illustre la subordination de la force de travail qui est au cœur d'un écosystème régit par des algorithmes ayant « pignon sur rue ». Comment prend-on soin de ces travailleurs exposés à des risques multiples ? Quels sont leurs besoins en termes de protection sociale ?
