Abstract

Wholesaling services are now subject to virtuous logistics practices, particularly in terms of managing delivery rounds in urban areas, creating skilled jobs and using eco-efficient transport techniques. As the monitoring of physical flows by information flows is at the heart of virtuous logistics practices, attention is paid in the viewpoint to the adoption of digital tools by wholesalers in order to improve them.
