Abstract

Cette contribution interroge les paradoxes possibles entre digitalisation et alimentation durable. Au-delà des aspects techniques, se posent les questions relatives aux freins socio-culturels, à la responsabilisation du consommateur et à l'impact environnemental de cette digitalisation. En s'appuyant sur les modèles du changement comportemental des consommateurs, une typologie des dispositifs digitaux est construite selon les bénéfices prodigués et l'ancrage temporel.
