Abstract

L'objectif de cette étude est de fournir un panorama exhaustif des mesures fiscales et sociales prises depuis le début du quinquennat d'Emmanuel Macron. Nous analysons les mesures votées, leur montée en charge et les conséquences sur la trajectoire budgétaire ainsi que la répartition des prélèvements entre les ménages et les entreprises. Dans un deuxième temps, nous évaluons l'impact sur la croissance du PIB et sur le pouvoir d'achat des ménages. Enfin, nous analysons l'impact redistributif des mesures socio-fiscales.
