Abstract

Politique du logement : faut-il tirer sur l'ambulance ? par Pierre Madec le 30 mars 2018 dans Articles, Généralités 2 Imprimer Quasi-absents des débats de l'élection présidentielle, le logement, et les politiques publiques qui l'entourent, sont revenus sur le devant de la scène dès l'été 2017 sous l'angle, devenu maintenant habituel, du « gisement d'économies budgétaire » qu'ils constitueraient du fait d'un rapport coût/bénéfice élevé. A la veille de la présentation du projet de loi « Evolution du logement, de l'aménagement et du numérique » (ELAN), revenir sur les contours de la politique du logement et son efficacité semble indispensable.
