Abstract

En se fondant sur des recherches sur la structure des rémunérations dans l'industrie financière et sur une recherche collective étudiant l'évolution des inégalités dans dix pays, Olivier Godechot, directeur de recherche CNRS à l'OSC et co-directeur du MaxPo, montre que le repli de l'activité financière consécutif à la crise et la régulation du secteur n'ont que modestement réduit le niveau des rémunérations en finance et, partant, l'ampleur des inégalités salariales nationales.
