Abstract

Les derniers indicateurs disponibles pour l'économie espagnole sont plutôt bien orientés. Il semble que la production ait touché son point bas et les indicateurs de confiance se redressent. Les efforts d'assainissement commenceraient enfin à porter leurs fruits. La rigueur budgétaire, avec l'appui de la BCE, a permis une normalisation des primes de risque sur la dette publique espagnole. La déflation salariale a redonné de la compétitivité aux entreprises qui gagnent des parts de marché à l'exportation. L'ajustement de l'emploi a fortement redressé la productivité et porté le taux de marge des entreprises à un niveau historiquement élevé. Si la restructuration du système bancaire continue de peser sur la distribution de crédit, elle est le gage d'une autonomie budgétaire et financière future de l'économie espagnole. De la même manière, la baisse des prix immobiliers est un mal nécessaire pour apurer les excès du passé et permettre au secteur de la construction de renouer avec la croissance. [Premier paragraphe]
