Abstract

Dominée par les géants américains, l'économie numérique doit s'appuyer sur la Commission européenne afin d'ouvrir son marché à de nouveaux compétiteurs. La mise en œuvre des règles de concurrence représente ainsi une chance à saisir pour les entreprises européennes. Une réflexion à deux voix, qui met en perspective l'outil juridique dans le cadre de l'émergence d'une nouvelle économie.
