Abstract

Encore peu répandues, les organisations formellement coopératives révèlent pourtant des traits essentiels des démarches culturelles. Elles mériteraient d'être davantage accompagnées par les pouvoirs publics pour poser les bases d'un nouveau paradigme managérial associant créativité renforcée, gouvernance distribuée et solidarisation des risques et des résultats.
