Abstract

Repenser la conception et l'usage des outils de gestion du travail : l'ergo-management peut-il apprendre de la théorie de l'appropriation des outils de gestion ? par E. Laffort, Université du Pays de l'Adour et C. Noël Lemaitre, Aix-Marseille Université Si l'approche ergologique se définit dans un premier temps comme un mode de production de connaissances fondé sur le dialogue des savoirs investis et des savoirs institués, la question de son opérationnalité nous conduit irrémédiablement à aborder les perspectives d'un ergo-management. Il ne peut suffire de comprendre le travail pour le transformer, encore faut-il disposer de vecteurs, de méthodes ou d'outils propres à activer tout désir de transformation des modes de management et d'organisation du travail.
