Abstract

L'objet de ce chapitre est de proposer une vue d'ensemble de la problématique de la formation à la gestion de crise. Dans un premier temps, les éléments descriptifs de la cellule de crise permettent de préciser les caractéristiques de ce haut lieu décisionnel. Les différents aspects de la formation à la gestion de crise sont ensuite abordés avant de présenter de façon détaillée les simulations de crise qui sont une des formes particulières que peut prendre la formation. Ces simulations sont construites et caractérisées par des scénarios qui concrétisent les objectifs et éléments pédagogiques, et permettent ainsi un apprentissage organisationnel pertinent. Enfin, la plateforme de simulation et de recherche de l'Institut des Sciences des Risques (IMT Mines Alès) est présentée en vue d'illustrer la vue d'ensemble de cette problématique.
