Abstract

Après 3 mois de crise sanitaire et de confinement, les acteurs de l'ESRI reprennent progressivement leurs activités, dans un contexte où les incertitudes demeurent néanmoins nombreuses. Quels enseignements tirer de la période de confinement? Que va-t-il en rester? En quoi la crise peut-elle transformer les pratiques et le management dans les organisations ? Les changements seront-ils durables et à quelles conditions? En mobilisant les résultats issus de l'enquête réalisée par News Tank et Adoc Mètis, nos intervenants débattent des enjeux opérationnels et stratégiques.
