Abstract

"La révolution numérique bouleverse la consommation. Le commerce en ligne, né à la fin des années 1990, représente 13 % du marché en France. Le magasin ne disparaît pas, loin de là. En réalité les deux canaux, physique et digital, peuvent se compléter. De puissantes restructurations du secteur sont cependant à l'œuvre, avec notamment l'affirmation des géants du numérique, même dans ce qui constitue les circuits traditionnels." (source éditeur)
