La résilience digitale: une notion à explorer

Abstract

Récemment, la crise sanitaire a forcé grand nombre d'organisations à se transformer digitalement sans réelle préparation ou réflexion approfondie. Si cette adaptation dans l'urgence s'est avérée nécessaire, les organisations doivent à présent développer des capacités de préparation et d'anticipation, pour aller vers davantage d'agilité. Il s'agit de tirer les enseignements des crises passées (de celle de la Covid-19 en particulier) et de capitaliser sur l'expérience afin de construire une « résilience digitale » et apprendre à absorber plus efficacement les chocs à venir. En revenant sur les contributions récentes qui en discutent, cet avis s'attache à caractériser la notion de résilience digitale et à en proposer une définition.
