Abstract

This presentation and analysis of the results of the second survey of student living and studying conditions made by the "Observatoire de la Vie Etudiante" (OVE) takes, like the preceding one, two complementary approaches. First, an analysis of the responses according to social origin, sex and (mainly) age and of the links between the origin and level of resources and autonomy. Second, a presentation and analysis of the flows of resources and expenditures of the students insisting on the relative weight of different sources of finance and the use the students make of the resources they control.
