L’ambivalence dans le contenu du contrat psychologique : le cas d’un EHPAD

Abstract

Cette recherche entend déterminer les termes du contrat psychologique des acteurs évoluant dans un EHPAD privé à but non-lucratif et permet d'identifier le concept d'ambivalence. Les résultats des 19 entretiens semi-directifs menés au sein de ce dernier montrent qu'en fonction des catégories d'acteurs exerçant dans l'EHPAD, des contrats psychologiques dynamiques différents s'élaborent. Le contenu dépend non seulement de la perception des individus de leur organisation mais également de la nature du travail exercé. Cette recherche montre aussi l'importance de la notion d'ambivalence dans la compréhension du concept de contrat psychologique puisque les individus sont partagés entre des sentiments positifs et négatifs concernant leur relation d'emploi.
