Abstract

An electrician who drives a taxi, a pharmacist who babysits, a young person who dreams of journalism but is offered work as a laborer... refugees are very often led to reduce their expectations about employment. How to avoid this predicament and waste of talent for both the concerned and the host society? The conviction that this situation can be avoided motivates the young organization eachOne, which seeks to provide training to refugees on par with their expectations, support them in looking for a job, and then follow up on them and the firms that recruit them. How to do this? what are the challenges?
