Abstract

Le principe de la « job rotation » consiste à remplacer par des chômeurs préalablement formés des salariés envoyés en formation de moyenne ou longue durée. Il s'agit de faire d'une pierre deux coups. D'une part l'entreprise peut développer une politique intensive de montée en compétences sans désorganiser sa production-et cet avantage peut être très important dans le cas de PME-. D'autre part, les chômeurs, sélectionnés par l'agence de l'emploi sur la base des besoins de l'entreprise, bénéficient d'une démarche d'acquisition de compétences consolidée par une mise en oeuvre lors de la période de remplacement, immédiatement après leur formation.
