Abstract

La gouvernance d'entreprise a suscité la plus grande attention ces dernières années. Si cette nouvelle pratique est abondamment discutée, elle n'est pas toujours bien comprise, en particulier au sein des entreprises familiales. Portant ces dernières constituent la forme d'organisation des entreprises la plus ancienne et la plus répandue au monde et jouent un rôle prépondérant dans la croissance économique et l'emploi de la main d'œuvre. De ce fait, nous nous sommes intéressés dans le cadre de cette étude à faire ressortir les principales caractéristiques de l'entreprise familiale par rapport à l'entreprise managériale en terme de son mode de gouvernance et de ses structures.
