Abstract

Le développement durable (DD) et la consommation responsable (CR) prennent une place croissante dans la vie des individus et modifient leurs représentations de l'alimentation. Pourtant, des résistances et des techniques de neutralisation peuvent limiter la transformation de ces attitudes et intentions favorables en comportements effectifs. L'objectif de cette recherche est d'analyser les freins contextuels à la transformation des intentions de CR alimentaire en comportements effectifs, à travers une étude qualitative exploratoire portant sur 64 individus. Les implications théoriques s'inscrivent dans une perspective expérientielle de la consommation et les implications managériales sont déduites des incohérences relevées dans l'offre positionnée responsable actuelle.
