Abstract

La gestion des lits est une étape que l'on retrouve tout au long du parcours du patient hospitalisé. Elle est jugée consommatrice de temps, insatisfaisante à la fois pour les patients, les professionnels et l'établissement. Son informatisation est fortement incitée ces dernières années mais se heurte à des difficultés. Cet article relate un état des lieux grâce à des études quantitatives et propose une méthode originale d'analyse des impacts multicritères avant l'introduction de l'outil informatique.
