Abstract

Les établissements d'Hospitalisation à Domicile (HAD) sont largement répandus dans les pays Européens. Ils permettent d'assurer des soins médicaux et paramédicaux importants aux domiciles des patients. Les coûts de transport constituent les dépenses les plus importantes dans le domaine du HAD. Ainsi, nous proposons dans cet article, un nouveau modèle mathématique inspiré du modèle développé pour le problème de Multiples Voyageurs de Commerce (MTSP: Multiple Travelling Salesman Problem) pour optimiser les coûts de déplacement du personnel dans le cadre de l'hémodialyse à domicile.
