Abstract

Les réformes de la formation professionnelle, de 2015 et 2016, puis de 2018, entrée en vigueur en 2019, considérées comme des lois de « rupture », donnent aux salariés le plein contrôle sur la formation professionnelle, grâce notamment au CPF que doit ouvrir toute personne dès 16 ans et qui la suivra tout au long de sa vie professionnelle. Tout le paysage de la formation professionnelle s'en est trouvé bouleversé. Cette troisième édition a ainsi été entièrement revue, tous les chapitres ont été mis à jour et cinq chapitres sont nouveaux (entreprise apprenante, réalité virtuelle, formation en situation de travail, IA et formation, neurosciences, sciences cognitives et formation). L'ouvrage intègre désormais les évolutions technologiques dans le champ du learning (VR, IA, LMS…). Chaque chapitre se termine par des fiches pratiques, des outils et des conseils.
