Abstract

L'intelligence artificielle véhicule beaucoup de fantasmes. Son impact sur le management des hommes et des organisations est une réalité aujourd'hui. Cet ouvrage prend du recul par rapport à la frénésie actuelle pour mieux cerner les enjeux et s'interroger sur la façon dont l'IA peut améliorer, révolutionner même, les pratiques en ressources humaines. Il invite le lecteur à comprendre et à décrypter les mutations apportées par l'IA et ses répercussions possibles. Aujourd'hui, les algorithmes permettent de présélectionner en quelques secondes seulement les meilleurs profils et d'interagir avec eux, là où il fallait plusieurs semaines il y a encore peu. Ce sourcing assisté par l'IA permet ainsi de se concentrer sur la partie fondamentale du métier. L'ouvrage éclaire les problématiques RH sous différents regards et témoignages concrets : regards d'experts et de chercheurs pour expliquer ce qu'est l'IA aujourd'hui et l'IA que nous voulons demain ; regards de DRH pour comprendre, à partir d'expériences concrètes comment l'IA améliore l'expérience collaborateurs ; regards de startuppers, avec leurs idées, leur créativité, leur POC, pour explorer les nouvelles solutions au service de RH plus humaines.
