Abstract

Après des années d'hésitation, la Belgique s'engage dans une réforme structurelle de la nomenclature des procédures médicales sur base d'un plan proposé par le Département d'Economie de la santé de l'ULB (DESULB). L'Institut National Maladie Invalidité (INAMI) coordonne la 1 ère phase de la réforme visant à la modernisation du volet descriptif de la nomenclature afin de disposer d'une classification de libellés standardisés et précis. La mise en oeuvre des différentes étapes de la méthodologie pourrait intéresser d'autres pays confrontés à des défis similaires. Elle fait l'objet de différentes communications dont celle consacrée au travail de validation médicale.
