Abstract

Explorando as interfaces entre a literatura sobre comunidades de práticas e redes de práticas em contexto de inovação, o presente artigo analisa as troças de conhecimentos e outros recursos, no interior da comunidade de empreendedores de San Pedro Valley, localizada na cidade de Belo Horizonte, Brasil. Ao mostrar o processo evolutivo de participação/reificação que aí se desenvolve, permite observar como de um grupo informal emerge uma comunidade de prática interorganizacional, que se transforma, progressivamente, em uma rede de práticas, seguindo um continuum, onde a prática e o ecossistema se fortalecem e coevoluem, conjuntamente.
