Abstract

Depuis plus de quatre ans, au sein de l'équipe de recherche Management des organisations en santé (MOS) de l' EHESP, sont menées des investigations sur la personnalisation du service dans les établissements de santé. Six facteurs clés susceptibles d'aider les établissements à développer leurs initiatives ont été identifiés.
