Abstract

Cet article présente une analyse comparative d'une analyse thématique et d'une approche lexicométrique pour l'étude de représentations sociales. Le corpus étudié regroupe des discours de jeunes diplômés commentant leur propre navigation sur internet dans le cadre d'un recrutement dans le secteur bancaire. Les apports de la classification hiérarchique descendante de Reinert sont de trois ordres : une corroboration des résultats de l'analyse thématique, des complémentarités et des contradictions. Cette dernière catégorie souligne l'intérêt de la lexicométrie comme source de réflexivité du chercheur
