Abstract

The article presents the historical aspects of the development of distance education, which has grown considerably with the Covid-19 pandemic. Health, economic and social reasons allowed its development and it should not reduce its influence at the end of the epidemic, because of its flexibility and the accelerated learning of teachers and learners in these new pedagogical practices. In an unprecedented university experiment, France and Russia had already initiated a similar process in economics during the economic transition of the Russian economy, an experience that continues to this day between the Grenoble-Alpes University and UNECON in St Petersburg.
