Abstract

Les wargames sur table sont expérimentés à l'IAE Gustave Eiffel (Université Paris-Est Créteil, UPEC) depuis maintenant deux années universitaires. Ils ont été introduit dans plusieurs cours de gestion de Licence et Master : management opérationnel, gestion de projet de systèmes d'information et découvrir l'analyse rétrospective post-crise. Ils sont également prévus d'être déployés à la rentrée 2021 dans un module de Master orienté recherche afin d'identifier de nouveaux usages pédagogiques et professionnels. Leur intérêt est en effet double : générer des situations de gestion dans des environnements fictifs afin de favoriser l'engagement et la réflexivité managériale des étudiants et permettre aux enseignants de concevoir des scénarios pédagogiques sans dépendre de scripts (ludiques ou pédagogiques) prédéterminés. Notre communication se déroulera en deux temps. Nous vous présenterons tout d'abord le dispositif pédagogique soutenant l'usage des wargames ainsi que les résultats des travaux scientifiques associés. Puis, nous vous proposerons une discussion avec trois étudiants ayant participé au cours de management opérationnel (L2 Informatique & Management) réalisé intégralement avec des wargames hex & counters ou avec figurines.
