Abstract

Qui produit les normes comptables ? Pourquoi et dans quelles perspectives ? Que signifient les informations comptables ? Quels sont les différents documents publiés ? Décryptant les mécanismes à l'œuvre dans l'élaboration des états financiers présentés dans les documents annuels publiés par les entreprises et si souvent repris dans l'information économique, les novices pourront comprendre les enjeux des débats actuels autour de la représentation de la situation et de la performance des entreprises. Pour un public plus averti, cet ouvrage illustre, à travers un grand nombre d'exemples détaillés, les modalités pratiques de mise en œuvre des normes, permettant de mieux sérier l'origine et la signification des informations comptables.
