Abstract

L'enseignant, quand il prépare son cours, est en position d'apprenant puisqu'il recherche de l'information pour la transformer en connaissance transmissible. Afin d'assurer une bonne cohésion sociale, l'intervention des institutions est nécessaire pour régulariser les enseignements en aplanissant les particularités locales puisque l'école doit former et faciliter l'insertion de l'élève dans la société. Le besoin d'information peut être conscient et donc formulé ou inconscient. Il peut être décomposé en 3 types hiérarchisés : -le besoin primaire, généré par le programme scolaire = ensemble des connaissances requises pour dispenser un enseignement -le besoin secondaire = besoin fondamental de l'enseignant, lié aux connaissances propres de chaque enseignant -le besoin tertiaire ou « besoin contextuel » qui varie en fonction des contraintes sociales et est généré par la prise en compte du public et de l'établissement.
