Abstract

Les sociétés d'exercice libéral à responsabilité limitée de santé sont des petites entreprises et requièrent des critères de gestion spécifiques, qui tiennent compte de la très grande diversité de ces entreprises. Cette spécificité résulte du caractère global du système de gestion, qui exige d'analyser ensemble les objectifs, l'environnement, l'organisation et les activités, en dégageant des concepts fondamentaux reliant ces éléments. Cet article analyse la problématique de la mise en place d'un système de contrôle de gestion stratégique dans les cabinets médicaux. L'objectif est d'étudier le rôle et l'impact de ce type de système dans la gestion des sociétés d'exercice libéral de santé. Pour étudier cette problématique, nous avons réalisé des entretiens auprès des cabinets médicaux.
