Abstract

La question centrale du chapitre peut être formulée de la façon suivante : quels sont les éléments essentiels à prendre en considération pour élaborer des chaînes logistiques alimentaires qui répondent aux caractéristiques attendues afin de résister aux crises à venir, à l'image de celle de la Covid-19 ? Une première ébauche de réponse, de nature programmatique, s'appuie sur les spécificités du point de vue des travaux sur les chaînes logistiques. Une seconde ébauche de réponse porte sur les arbitrages essentiels en termes de résilience au sens de Cyrulnik, comme la capacité d'un individu ou d'un système organisé à surmonter un choc ou un traumatisme, et de gouvernance de ladite résilience. Chacune de ces réponses est appréhendée relativement aux problématiques de la chaîne logistique des aliments confrontée à la crise actuelle et à celles à venir du réchauffement climatique et de la gestion de l'eau.
