Abstract

Un projet d'IDE peut être considéré comme une innovation pour le développemet du territoire à condition de faire preuve d'agilité stratégique et d'applique rles principes du managemet public territorial. L'originalité ela recherche présentée dans cet article est de se concentrer sur la phase d'implantation du cycle de vie du projet d'IDE et dans une perspective managériale, avec deux exemples, qui ont en commun de concernenr des secteurs de hautes technologies, sont présentés : celui de la société chinoise ZTE sur le site du Futuroscope près de Poitiers et celui de la société sud-coréenne HT Micron près de Porto Alegre au Brésil.
