Abstract

Une cave coopérative vinicole permet l'utilisation et la gestion par les viticulteurs coopérateurs d'un bien commun que constitue la vinification. La cave est soumise à des réglementations et à des contrôles en matière de traçabilité, dépendant de contraintes de résultats mais non des moyens engagés. Le cas Viste montre d'abord comment évoluent les normes générales de traçabilité à l'intérieur de la cave, puis détaille les mécanismes d'action sur les règles dans des « arènes » de choix collectifs. Dans l'ouvrage "Cas en management des systèmes d'information", EMS, Paris, 2020, l'énoncé du cas est suivi de six pages de notes pédagogiques.
