Abstract

La gestion des connaissances (knowledge management, KM) est désormais un domaine académique et économique qui s'est progressivement imposé dans les entreprises et les organisations. Afin d'illustrer la gestion des connaissances par des exemples concrets, Management des connaissances dans les entreprises innovantes présente des études de cas réels, suivant un canevas structuré par les quatre étapes du cercle vertueux des connaissances. Ce volume examine des études de cas relatives aux deux dernières étapes de l'approche opérationnelle de la gestion des connaissances, à savoir le transfert et le partage des connaissances et l'innovation à partir du patrimoine de connaissances. Il propose également l'étude d'un projet global d'entreprise KM dans le but d'illustrer la démarche d'innovation organisationnelle dans une entreprise à activités intenses en connaissances.
