Abstract

La gestion des connaissances (knowledge management, KM) est désormais un domaine académique et économique qui s'est progressivement imposé dans les entreprises et les organisations. Afin d'illustrer la gestion des connaissances par des exemples concrets, Management des connaissances dans les entreprises innovantes présente des études de cas réels, suivant un canevas structuré par les quatre étapes du cercle vertueux des connaissances. Ce volume offre d'abord une introduction à l'approche conceptuelle d'un plan global KM visant à identifier, structurer et valoriser le patrimoine des connaissances de l'entreprise. Il examine ensuite des études de cas relatives aux deux premières étapes de l'approche opérationnelle de la gestion des connaissances, à savoir l'analyse stratégique du patrimoine des connaissances et la capitalisation des connaissances d'une organisation.
