Abstract

Le web 2.0 est présenté comme la convergence d'un ensemble de technologie arrivé à maturité et d'une révolution des usages sociaux. L'objet de ce papier est d'étudier le contenu de ce nouveau concept, d'en préciser les caractéristiques et d'en étudier le potentiel pour les organisations.
