Abstract

This scientific study aims to identify the relationships between the various mechanisms of learning and the incorporation of sustainable development practices in a APL. To this end, we chose as the empirical field of the Association of Woodworkers of Fortaleza (AMFOR), a participant in local productive arrangement of furniture. Data collection was done through the use of semi-structured interview and subsequent performed with the aid of the software ATLAS.TI. As a result, it was possible to observe the influence of learning processes for learning and incorporating sustainable development practices in organizational routine. It is suggested, as a prerogative for future studies, analysis of the learning model of sustainable development practices built as a way to validate their learning categories and features.
