Abstract

Le thème du séminaire annuel du Centre de recherches sur l'expérience, l'âge et les populations au travail (CREAPT) a été consacré au travail de demain, à ses transformations organisationnelles notamment en lien avec les nouvelles technologies et à la place de l'expérience d'aujourd'hui dans ces évolutions futures. Nouvelles formes d'automatisation et d'organisations collaboratives et flexibles, plateformatisation, rapports au travail et à la santé… sont quelques-uns des thèmes abordés et discutés au travers de travaux de prospective, d'interventions dans différents secteurs d'activité et auprès de différents types de travailleurs et de public. Ce texte synthétise les différentes interventions de ce séminaire.
