Abstract

L'objectif de cet article est de présenter l'audit d'une action de formation et/ou de formation (AEF) ayany intégré les principes de la confiance et du management responsable. Deux regards, l'un interne et l'autre externe ont été mobilisés. Nous nous sommes basées à la fois sur le champ du management : de l'audit et des RH, mais également sur celui des sciences de l'éducation. L'objectif des auteures était de montrer la compatibilité des approches en vue de la performance de l'action qui sont transférables à la pédagogie mais aussi de réfléchir et de communiquer sur notre métier et nos pratiques.
