Abstract

Dans le contexte de réforme des politiques publiques, les modalités d'organisation du travail et la définition des métiers sont particulièrement affectés. Dans le champ du secteur social, les métiers doivent faire face à de nouvelles modalités de management des ressources humaines qui éprouvent la relation tant au métier qu'au public. Aussi cette communication vise à montrer l'intérêt d'une démarche de type prospective des métiers pouvant accompagner ces mutations alors que parfois dans ces organisations, les cloisonnements se sédimentent et la coopération entre acteurs devient problématique. Précisément, le monde carcéral offre un cadre privilégié d'analyse et montre l'intérêt d'un détour par une observation fine des métiers pour envisager les dynamiques possibles. L'enquête menée auprès de professionnels du monde carcéral vient précisément nourrir cette réflexion.
