Abstract

Cette communication propose de penser la transmission des compétences et du métier entre générations en tant qu'elle peut constituer une véritable stratégie RH. Le secteur social est un terrain particulièrement intéressant à observer car il permet d'analyser les enjeux de la transmission des compétences et des valeurs attachées aux métiers entre générations.La recherche vise à montrer tout d'abord l'intérêt d'approfondir la connaissance et la réflexion sur ce champ en général mais également de mettre l'accent sur certaines problématiques qui sont des enjeux fort en termes de prospective des métiers pour la GRH. Trois cas comparés etarticulés entre eux viennent illustrer l'analyse à partir d'une approche qualitative. Les résultats mettent en lumière notamment les effets de la formation dans la construction des identités de métier, le décalage de rapport à la pratique de l'activité selon les générations.
