La place du dialogue dans les rapports ONG entreprises

Abstract

This research questions the place of dialogue between NGOs and companies. Indeed, the twenty-first century marks a change in the relations between both actors. Thus, for several years, the non-governmental sphere and the world of firms have coexisted and even collaborated. The interest of this research is to characterize the dialogue, but also to visualize the place of the dialogue within the various interactions between NGOs and firms and to show its contributions for the partners. We also want to clarify the different relationships between NGOs and companies. Our empirical study highlights the verbatim reports of 44 respondents, that is 20 NGOs and 24 companies. The results of our data collection were studied using NVivo 11.
