Hypermodernité et développement des ressources humaines : vers de nouvelles aspirations individuelles ?

Abstract

Cet article vise à poser la question du développement des ressources humaines dans le cadre d'un contexte émergent : celui de l'hypermodernité de la société. L'auteur s'interroge sur l'influence des traits caractéristiques de l'hypermodernité (l'excès, l'urgence, l'éphémère, la créativité, le dépassement de soi, etc.) qui semble pénétrer progressivement les organisations et leur mode de management. Rédigé sur la base de nombreuses lectures mais aussi d'expérimentations et d'exemples, le texte analyse la posture du DRH mais aussi des managers d'équipe en tant qu'agents de changement. Les principaux axes de transformation et de développement organisationnel sont discutés dans le contexte paradoxal d'individualisation des outils de GRH d'un coté et de renforcement de l'organisation du travail en équipe de l'autre.
