Abstract

Cet article examine les propositions de la GRH pour prévenir voire gérer les résistances culturelles dans un centre d'appel tunisien sous-traitant pour des multinationales françaises. Fondés sur une étude de cas intrasite et sur des observations directes, nos résultats suggèrent que le développement de pratiques spécifiques de GRH peut conduire des salariés à se soumettre à un modèle culturel différent du leur. Les résultats obtenus sont également confrontés à une relecture de la littérature portant sur la GRH au Maghreb.
